Product Warranty

DROMEAS SA guarantees you: Up to 60 months from the purchase of the product*, free repair or replacement of defective parts is valid (where shipping costs are borne by the customer and prepaid). The guarantee is valid for sales of products that will be installed and used in the Greek territory. This guarantee is valid in addition to the legal rights of the buyer and complies with Directive 1999/44/EC and its transposition into Greek legislation.

Exclusions:

Expressly excluded and not included in the warranty are damages that:

Caused during transport by the customer or third parties
Constitute normal wear and tear
Due to poor or inappropriate use
Due to insufficient maintenance or unsafe installation
Due to neglect of the product's instructions
Due to the special case of use of fabrics or other materials, provided by the customer.
For the warranty to operate, the proof of purchase must be provided.

A 24-month warranty is provided for the seat piston, as well as for the leatherette upholstery, for the desk-mounted power strip and for the desk-mounted power strip.

ATTENTION! Leatherette cleaning instructions: The parts of the seat are cleaned with neutral soap. NO, cleaners with solvents or acetone or alcohol. NO, silicone oil and other corrosive detergents.

All orders over €200 are delivered free of charge and at street level in Athens, the Attica region, and Crete.

Free & Home deliveries are made by our own means of transport within Crete or by cooperating exclusive transport to ensure the safe arrival of your furniture.

In any other area, we provide you with the opportunity to deliver your order free of charge to a transport company that serves your county.

Low Shipping Costs under € 200

The cost of shipping for orders under 200 € depends on the volumetric characteristics and delivery address. To calculate the shipping you can choose the products you are interested in, add them to the shopping cart, by selecting the fields Prefecture & Municipality in the Shipping Calculation in the cart.

Measure correctly the dimensions from where the furniture will pass in your space

We advise you to correctly measure the dimensions through which the furniture will pass in your space. Free home delivery (in the areas we support), concerns products that can pass through your space through the stairs or the elevator.

Before each delivery, the competent department communicates by phone, using your personal data, to verify the condition of your space and to ensure the correct delivery.

If it is found that the product can not be transported due to space and product volume from the stairs or the elevator, it will be necessary to schedule an elevator service, the cost of which does not exceed € 60 including VAT and is borne exclusively by the customer.

Return products within 14 days

Deltamo.gr gives you the opportunity, through the completeness of the descriptions and photos, which it posts on its pages, to enjoy a real, realistic and accurate display of our Products from your computer screen easily and quickly, however the responsibility for the selection of the product and its suitability for your purposes is exclusively yours. However, wanting to cover our customers even more, we offer the possibility of returning the products. In case you have purchased a product through our online store or by phone, you have the legal right to withdraw within 14 calendar days and receive a full refund, returning the product or products in their original state (s). This right does not exist for products that have been produced or adapted to your special needs or for products that are not returned for hygiene reasons.
