The following Terms govern the use of this website and the contract formed between us for the purchase of products through this website.

These Terms constitute the rights and obligations of all users in relation to the products and services offered by us through this website.

Before entering our Online Store we invite you to carefully read the following Terms of Use before making any purchase.

However, any action you take in our Online Store, such as browsing it, subscribing to our Company Newsletter, or purchasing our products, is considered as unconditional acceptance of these General Terms of Use and Transactions & you unconditionally and irrevocably accept the terms which are formulated here without any exception.

The photographs regarding the Products displayed are a true, realistic and accurate representation of our Products, however the above guarantees are subject to any technical or typographical deficiencies or errors, which cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally or due to operational interruptions of this website or due to force majeure. We suggest, if in any doubt, that you ask for samples to be sent to you after your order has been completed in order to choose the one that suits your space, however wood is a natural material and it is possible that its shade and "waters" may vary slightly in the final product that you will receive. The same goes for fabric shades where there can be a slight difference from batch to batch. We also advise you to correctly measure the dimensions of where the furniture will pass inside your space.

Products

deltamo.gr reserves the right as it chooses at its free judgment and discretion the Products it will make available for sale, and may from time to time withdraw or renew them freely and without the obligation of warning, your consent and/or simple information. This also applies to any offers, discounts and any pricing policies it follows from time to time, as such determination is at our sole discretion. All Products are available for personal use only and not for commercial use, such as resale.

Availability of Products

All products displayed on the site are offered for sale provided that they are still available at the time of receiving your order. In the event that a product is no longer available or cannot be produced/supplied, we reserve the right to provide you with information on a substitute product of equal and superior quality and value that you may purchase. If you do not wish to purchase another product, we will refund the amount you may have been charged.

Prices and Method of Payment

The prices of the products are those listed on the website, except in cases of obvious error. Although we try to ensure that the product prices on the website are correct, errors may occur. In the event that we discover an incorrect price for any of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order with the correct price or cancel it. If communication with you is impossible, the order will be considered invalid and if you have proceeded to pay for the products in the order, your money will be returned.
We are under no obligation to deliver products to you at the incorrect (lower) price (even if we have sent the Order Receipt Report) if the error in price is obvious and could easily be recognized by you as an error.
Prices on the website include 24% VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to your order total in accordance with the Shipping Costs Guide.

The prices in our online store are not necessarily the same as the prices in our physical stores, nor can a product purchased from our physical store be exchanged for another product from our online store or vice versa.
We reserve the right to change website prices without notice. In this case, the changes (unless it is an error as specified above) do not affect an order for which you have already received the Order Confirmation.
Once you have selected the products you want and want to proceed with the purchase of the products you have added to your shopping cart, your next step is to proceed with the payment of the order. To do this, you must:

For your security, your credit card details will be encrypted. Authorization for payment must be made at time of order. Your credit card will be charged when the products are shipped to you.

For the required security of your payment, payments are made through the Piraeus Bank website.

Your credit card is subject to authorization and validity checks by the card issuer. In the event that your issuer is unable to authorize payment to us, we shall have no liability for any delay or failure to deliver and may be unable to enter into a contract with you.

Product Shipments

The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek territory. The products can be sent to you in the ways described in "Delivery". We make every effort to carry out the order for the products by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or if the delivery date is not specified exactly, within 30 days of the day we send you the Order Receipt Report, unless there are unforeseen factors or reasons of force majeure.

Reasons for a delivery delay may be:

•    The area of delivery.

If for any reason we delay the delivery of your order, we will keep you informed and offer you the option of delivering the order on the new delivery date or canceling the order with a refund. Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays.
Please confirm that the products you are ordering will fit in your home or the place you want us to deliver them to. If the product does not fit, you can accept the delivery or return the product, at your own expense (see Returns Policy).

Refusal to execute an order

We reserve the right to refuse an order or refuse to fulfill an order after we receive it or after we have sent you the Order Receipt Report, in our sole discretion and without having any obligation to you or any third party for the reason for the refusal . We also reserve the right to withdraw any product at any time, or to change or delete material and content. Nothing in these terms is against your statutory rights.

Failure to Deliver

If we cannot deliver to you, we will find a safe place to leave your package. If we are unable to find such a place, the products will be returned to us or to partner storage and product transport companies. We will not leave any relevant note about how you will receive your products. We may need to charge you for storage and reshipping of your order. Such costs are detailed in the Shipping Costs Guide.

Ownership - Risk

Until the payment of the purchase price of the product and any other costs (transportation, etc.) our company retains ownership of the product, which is transferred to you upon full payment, while the risk is transferred upon delivery.

Right of Withdrawal

deltamo.gr gives you the possibility, through the completeness of the descriptions and photos, of which it posts on its pages, to enjoy a real, realistic and accurate display of our Products from your computer screen easily and quickly, however the responsibility the choice of the product and its suitability for your purposes is solely yours. But wanting to cover our customers even more, we offer the possibility of returning the products. If you have purchased a product through our online store or over the phone, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 calendar days and receive a full refund by returning the product or products in their original condition. This right does not exist for products that have been produced or adapted to your particular needs or for products that are not returned for hygiene reasons. Also, the right of withdrawal does not exist for the furniture, when it has already been assembled by you.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your wish by sending us an e-mail at mailme@deltamo.gr, within 14 days of receiving the products from you. You can then return the product in one of the ways described in the Returns Policy (see below in the article "Returns Policy"). In the event of a product return, your refund will be completed within thirty days of the date we receive the products. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products.

Please note that you must take care of the products you wish to return in accordance with your right of withdrawal while they are in your possession so that they are in their original (factory) condition. Products must be returned to us in a salable condition, therefore returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them, i.e. unsealed or tampered with them, together with the documents, the retail receipt and the packaging that came with the product. In the event that a returned product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
Nothing in the above is against your legal rights.

Returns Policy

General policy: In case you want to exercise the right of withdrawal within a period of time as mentioned in the paragraph "Right of Withdrawal", you must inform us in writing by sending us an e-mail to mailme@deltamo.gr.

Please return the product back to us, at your own risk, as soon as possible, to the address (DELTA MO-PITSOULAKIS A.E.V.E. – Irini & Filias 71 – 715 00 Heraklion – Crete). The cost of returning the products to us in this way is borne by the customer.

Exchange or return of products at a DELTA MO-PITSOULAKIS SA store: The general returns policy described above can be modified as follows in case you have access to a DELTA MO-PITSOULAKIS SA store .. In this case, you can personally return the product to a DELTA MO-PITSOULAKIS SA store, at your own risk and hand it over to the store staff, after having previously contacted the store manager .

We will fully examine your returned product and advise you of your right to a refund, if any. Return Policy - Defective products

If you believe that a product you received does not meet the Contract at the time of delivery, contact the Customer Service Department at 2810 361836 or send us an e-mail at maime@deltamo.gr with details of the product and its defect.
You should return the product to DELTA MO-PITSOULAKIS A.E.V.E. – Irinis & Filias 71 – 715 00 Heraklion – Crete, charged according to the Shipping Costs Guide.

We will carefully examine the product and notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if you have one) within a reasonable time. We will process the refund or replacement of the product as soon as possible and in any case no later than 30 days from the day we send you the e-mail confirming your right to a replacement or refund.
For products returned by you due to a defect, if any, we will refund all of your money, including the amount you were charged for returning the product to us.
None of the above terms are contrary to your statutory rights.
