MATTRESS CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Take care of the mattress to keep it in top condition and maximize its lifespan.
The mattress must be placed on a stable base without large gaps, otherwise permanent damage to the product may occur, for which KING KOIL is not responsible.
You should turn the mattress every 3 months to ventilate and avoid local body imprints.
Every 3 months rotate 180° (top to bottom).
Do not use water on the product. It can be absorbed and create internal moisture and unpleasant odor.
Do not use chemical cleaners on the product.
Do not smoke while using the product. The flame retardant properties of the materials do not completely guarantee your safety.
Do not use the handles to lift the mattress with its full weight. The handles are only used to slightly move the product once it is already placed on the bed.
Do not touch very heavy objects, do not jump or stand on the mattress, there is a risk of permanent damage to these areas.

We advise you to correctly measure the dimensions through which the furniture will pass in your space. Free home delivery (in the areas we support), concerns products that can pass through your space through the stairs or the elevator.
Before each delivery, the competent department communicates by phone, using your personal data, to verify the condition of your space and to ensure the correct delivery.
If it is found that the product can not be transported due to space and product volume from the stairs or the elevator, it will be necessary to schedule an elevator service, the cost of which does not exceed € 60 including VAT and is borne exclusively by the customer.
