Στη delta mo θέλουμε να είστε εξασφαλισμένοι για οτιδήποτε συμβεί μετά την πώληση, γι'αυτό σας παρέχουμε τις παρακάτω εγγυήσεις σε κάθε μας προϊόν:

5 Χρόνια Εγγύηση για τυχόν προβλήματα (Βλάβες ή Φθορές)

• στους σκελετούς, ιμάντες, φόδρες, πόδια, εξαρτήματα και μηχανισμούς των Καναπέδων & Επενδυμένων Προϊόντων

• στο σκελετό, τις συναρμογές, τις βαφές, τα λούστρα και τις λάκες των Ξύλινων προϊόντων

2 Χρόνια Εγγύηση για τυχόν προβλήματα (Βλάβες ή Φθορές)

• στα μαξιλάρια καθίσματος, πλάτης & υφάσματα των Καναπέδων & Επενδυμένων Προϊόντων

• στο σκελετό & τις συναρμογές των Μελαμινικών προϊόντων

• στους μηχανισμούς, τους μεντεσέδες, τους οδηγούς των συρταριών & όλα τα εξαρτήματα

• σε όλα τα υπόλοιπα προϊόντα & υλικά κατασκευής (Μέταλλο, Πλαστικό, Γυαλί)

Η Εγγύηση δεν ισχύει για τυχόν προβλήματα τα οποία προκλήθηκαν από:

• Κακή ή λανθασμένη χρήση των προϊόντων

• Κακή ή λανθασμένη συντήρηση των προϊόντων

• Εξωτερικούς παράγοντες ( ήλιο, υγρασία, σκόνη κλπ.)

Ο χρόνος διάρκειας της εγγύησης delta mo ισχύει από την ημερομηνία παράδοσης των προϊόντων και αποδεικνύεται από την απόδειξη αγοράς. Στην περίπτωση προβλήματος, η delta mo αναλαμβάνει με δικό της κόστος και κατά την κρίση της, να επισκευάσει ή να αντικαταστήσει το προϊόν. Στην περίπτωση βλάβης ή φθοράς που δεν καλύπτεται από την παρούσα εγγύηση, η delta mo μπορεί να αναλάβει την επισκευή του προϊόντος με χαμηλό κόστος.

Free Delivery for all orders over € 200

All orders over €200 are delivered free of charge and at street level in Athens, the Attica region, and Crete.

Free & Home deliveries are made by our own means of transport within Crete or by cooperating exclusive transport to ensure the safe arrival of your furniture.

In any other area, we provide you with the opportunity to deliver your order free of charge to a transport company that serves your county.

You can see the areas we serve & how to receive, by simply adding the products you are interested in to the shopping cart and filling in Prefecture & Municipality in the Shipping Calculation in the cart.

Low Shipping Costs under € 200

The cost of shipping for orders under 200 € depends on the volumetric characteristics and delivery address. To calculate the shipping you can choose the products you are interested in, add them to the shopping cart, by selecting the fields Prefecture & Municipality in the Shipping Calculation in the cart.

Measure correctly the dimensions from where the furniture will pass in your space

We advise you to correctly measure the dimensions through which the furniture will pass in your space. Free home delivery (in the areas we support), concerns products that can pass through your space through the stairs or the elevator.

Before each delivery, the competent department communicates by phone, using your personal data, to verify the condition of your space and to ensure the correct delivery.

If it is found that the product can not be transported due to space and product volume from the stairs or the elevator, it will be necessary to schedule an elevator service, the cost of which does not exceed € 60 including VAT and is borne exclusively by the customer.

Return products within 14 days

Deltamo.gr gives you the opportunity, through the completeness of the descriptions and photos, which it posts on its pages, to enjoy a real, realistic and accurate display of our Products from your computer screen easily and quickly, however the responsibility for the selection of the product and its suitability for your purposes is exclusively yours. However, wanting to cover our customers even more, we offer the possibility of returning the products. In case you have purchased a product through our online store or by phone, you have the legal right to withdraw within 14 calendar days and receive a full refund, returning the product or products in their original state (s). This right does not exist for products that have been produced or adapted to your special needs or for products that are not returned for hygiene reasons.
