The product is not available in stock, it is manufactured from the beginning, with a choice of melamine & lacquer shade in a period of 15 to 30 days.

Product Warranty

Woodyline products have a 6-year warranty regarding Damage-Breakage.

• The warranty for WOODYLINE products is valid for normal use of the furniture and for the period of 6 years from the date indicated on the invoice or the receipt of purchase of the product.
• The warranty covers the frames of the furniture (uprights, backs, shelves, doors, fronts, office surfaces, beds, bunk beds, sofas, sleepers, drawer mechanisms, hinges, fittings - assembly).
• WOODYLINE undertakes to repair / repair the product at its discretion, if during the inspection it is found that the problem is covered by the warranty. In case a product has been removed WOODYLINE will replace / repair it with another of equivalent value that matches.

• 6-year-old furniture from the ECONOMY series
• 6-year-old furniture made of Beech wood - MDF - NOVOPAN with oak veneer - unbreakable (in terms of stability and durability of the furniture and its connection)
• 6-year-old colored parts (eg colored lacquers - not white)
• 4-year drawer mechanisms, door hinges
• 2-year-old upholstered furniture (eg in oak veneer and unrepaired due to the naturalness of the wood there is a possibility of some color change from natural causes, such as sun-light)

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES FROM NON-COMPATIBLE USE SUCH AS:

• Breakage or other damage to the product or part thereof by abnormal actions (eg violent throwing, hitting, abrasion with tools or other objects, as well as in the berths the protective railings are not for children to hang from them, while the guardrails must always be screwed to the beds - bunk beds for safety reasons)
• Damage from burning or cigarette
• Damage to the product by accident
• Retraction of surface or wiring from inappropriate or unjustified for the use of the energy product (eg children jumping on the beds - bunk beds)
• Use of chemical cleaners
• Surface retraction - breakage by weight greater than permissible
• Damage or damage during disassembly and reassembly by NON-authorized WOODYLINE personnel (eg transport companies or partner stores)
• The guarantee is valid when your purchases are made by partner stores listed on the WOODYLINE website
• The guarantee is valid upon presentation of the invoice or proof of purchase

Free Delivery for all orders over € 200

All orders over €200 are delivered free of charge and at street level in Athens, the Attica region, and Crete.

Free & Home deliveries are made by our own means of transport within Crete or by cooperating exclusive transport to ensure the safe arrival of your furniture.

In any other area, we provide you with the opportunity to deliver your order free of charge to a transport company that serves your county.

Low Shipping Costs under € 200

The cost of shipping for orders under 200 € depends on the volumetric characteristics and delivery address. To calculate the shipping you can choose the products you are interested in, add them to the shopping cart, by selecting the fields Prefecture & Municipality in the Shipping Calculation in the cart.

Measure correctly the dimensions from where the furniture will pass in your space

We advise you to correctly measure the dimensions through which the furniture will pass in your space. Free home delivery (in the areas we support), concerns products that can pass through your space through the stairs or the elevator.

Before each delivery, the competent department communicates by phone, using your personal data, to verify the condition of your space and to ensure the correct delivery.

If it is found that the product can not be transported due to space and product volume from the stairs or the elevator, it will be necessary to schedule an elevator service, the cost of which does not exceed € 60 including VAT and is borne exclusively by the customer.

Return products within 14 days

Deltamo.gr gives you the opportunity, through the completeness of the descriptions and photos, which it posts on its pages, to enjoy a real, realistic and accurate display of our Products from your computer screen easily and quickly, however the responsibility for the selection of the product and its suitability for your purposes is exclusively yours. However, wanting to cover our customers even more, we offer the possibility of returning the products. In case you have purchased a product through our online store or by phone, you have the legal right to withdraw within 14 calendar days and receive a full refund, returning the product or products in their original state (s). This right does not exist for products that have been produced or adapted to your special needs or for products that are not returned for hygiene reasons.
