Τα προϊόντα της εταιρείας Woodyline έχουν 6 χρόνια εγγύηση όσον αφορά τη Φθορά-Θραύση.

• Η εγγύηση των προϊόντων WOODYLINE ισχύει για φυσιολογική χρήση των επίπλων και για το διάστημα 6 ετών από την ημερομηνία που αναγράφεται στο τιμολόγιο ή στην απόδειξη αγοράς του προϊόντος.
• Η εγγύηση καλύπτει τους σκελετούς των επίπλων (ορθοστάτες, πλάτες, ράφια, πόρτες, μετώπες, επιφάνειες γραφείων, κρεβάτια, κουκέτες, καναπέδες, τραβέρσες, μηχανισμούς συρταριών, μεντεσέδες, εξαρτήματα συνδεσμολογίας - συναρμολόγησης).
• Η WOODYLINE δεσμεύεται να επισκευάσει/επιδιορθώσει το προϊόν κατά την κρίση της, εφόσον κατά τον έλεγχο διαπιστωθεί ότι το πρόβλημα καλύπτεται από την εγγύηση. Σε περίπτωση που κάποιο προϊόν έχει καταργηθεί η WOODYLINE θα το αντικαταστήσει/επισκευάσει με άλλο αντίστοιχης αξίας που ταιριάζει.

• 6ετή τα έπιπλα από την σειρά ECONOMY
• 6ετή τα έπιπλα από ξύλο Οξιά - MDF - ΝΟΒΟΠΑΝ με καπλαμά δρυς – ανεγκρέ (όσον αφορά τη σταθερότητα και την αντοχή του επίπλου και της συνδεσμολογίας του)
• 6ετή τα χρωματιστά μέρη (π.χ. λάκες χρωματιστές - όχι λευκές)
• 4ετή μηχανισμοί συρταριών, μεντεσέδες από πορτάκια
• 2ετή τα λουστραριστά έπιπλα (π.χ. σε δρυς καπλαμά και ανεγκρέ λόγω της φυσικότητας του ξύλου υπάρχει ενδεχόμενο κάποιας αλλοίωσης του χρώματος από φυσικά αίτια, όπως ήλιος-φως)

Η ΕΓΓΥΗΣΗ ΔΕΝ ΚΑΛΥΠΤΕΙ ΖΗΜΙΕΣ ΑΠΟ ΜΗ-ΣΥΜΒΑΤΗ ΧΡΗΣΗ ΟΠΩΣ:

1. Σπάσιμο ή άλλη φθορά του προϊόντος ή μέρους αυτού από ΜΗ-φυσιολογικές ενέργειες (π.χ. βίαιη ρίψη, χτύπημα, γδάρσιμο με εργαλεία ή άλλα αντικείμενα, καθώς και στιs κουκέτεs τα προστατευτικά κάγκελα δεν είναι για να κρέμονται τα παιδιά από αυτά, ενώ θα πρέπει τα προστατευτικά κάγκελα πάντα να είναι βιδωμένα στα κρεβάτια - κουκέτεs για λόγουs ασφαλείαs)
2. Φθορά από κάψιμο ή τσιγάρο
3. Ζημιά στο προϊόν από ατύχημα
4. Υποχώρηση επιφάνειας ή συνδεσμολογίας από ανάρμοστη ή αδικαιολόγητη για τη χρήση του προϊόντος ενέργειας (π.χ. χοροπηδητά παιδιών στα κρεβάτια - κουκέτεs)
5. Χρήση χημικών καθαριστικών
6. Υποχώρηση επιφάνειας - σπάσιμο από βάρος μεγαλύτερου του επιτρεπτού
7. Φθορά ή καταστροφή κατά την αποσυναρμολόγηση και επανασυναρμολόγηση από ΜΗ-εξουσιοδοτημένο προσωπικό της WOODYLINE (π.χ. μεταφορικές εταιρίες η συνεργαζόμενα καταστήματα)
8. Η εγγύηση ισχύει όταν οι αγορές σας γίνονται από συνεργαζόμενα καταστήματα που αναγράφονται στο website της WOODYLINE
9. Η εγγύηση ισχύει με την επίδειξη του τιμολογίου ή της απόδειξης αγοράς

Free Delivery for all orders over € 200

All orders over €200 are delivered free of charge and at street level in Athens, the Attica region, and Crete.

Free & Home deliveries are made by our own means of transport within Crete or by cooperating exclusive transport to ensure the safe arrival of your furniture.

In any other area, we provide you with the opportunity to deliver your order free of charge to a transport company that serves your county.

Low Shipping Costs under € 200

The cost of shipping for orders under 200 € depends on the volumetric characteristics and delivery address. To calculate the shipping you can choose the products you are interested in, add them to the shopping cart, by selecting the fields Prefecture & Municipality in the Shipping Calculation in the cart.

Measure correctly the dimensions from where the furniture will pass in your space

We advise you to correctly measure the dimensions through which the furniture will pass in your space. Free home delivery (in the areas we support), concerns products that can pass through your space through the stairs or the elevator.

Before each delivery, the competent department communicates by phone, using your personal data, to verify the condition of your space and to ensure the correct delivery.

If it is found that the product can not be transported due to space and product volume from the stairs or the elevator, it will be necessary to schedule an elevator service, the cost of which does not exceed € 60 including VAT and is borne exclusively by the customer.

Return products within 14 days

Deltamo.gr gives you the opportunity, through the completeness of the descriptions and photos, which it posts on its pages, to enjoy a real, realistic and accurate display of our Products from your computer screen easily and quickly, however the responsibility for the selection of the product and its suitability for your purposes is exclusively yours. However, wanting to cover our customers even more, we offer the possibility of returning the products. In case you have purchased a product through our online store or by phone, you have the legal right to withdraw within 14 calendar days and receive a full refund, returning the product or products in their original state (s). This right does not exist for products that have been produced or adapted to your special needs or for products that are not returned for hygiene reasons.
